Bowls: Weather affects NZ tournament
The fourth round of the bowls national men's singles section play was abandoned because of wet weather yesterday.
As the day continued, Paritutu Indoor green opened its doors to all players wishing to complete their third round to qualify two out of three rounds. In the women's pairs, those who won three out of five matches moved on to post-section.
Hawke's Bay sisters Mandy and Angela Boyd were among the pairs qualifiers. The men's singles went well into the night.
