GOLF: Second straight win for Bay's Holloway
The roll continues for Hawke's Bay professional golfer Doug Holloway.
A day after clinching the seven-round FKP Peregian aggregate series in Queensland, Holloway shared a four-way tie for first place at the Twin Waters Pro Am in Toowoomba. He shot a five under par 67 to pocket A$1130.
Victoria's David Diaz, South Australia's Jason Norris and Queensland's Wade Brunjes were the other players to share first prize.
Holloway arrived home today for a short holiday before tackling the Wairakei Open from September 18-21.
He has won the last two Wairakei Opens.
