Police name boy cyclist killed in Napier
Police have named the schoolboy killed after a van and bike collided in Napier today.
He was 12-year-old Joshua Paul Bennie of Napier.
The collision happened at 8am on Guppy Road, in suburban Taradale.
The Taradale Intermediate student was wearing a cycle helmet, police said.
The serious crash unit is investigating.
