The public is invited to a forum tonight concerning the Tukituki water dam proposal. 

The forum  runs from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Whare Matoro, Maori Studies building at the EIT.

Meanwhile, Hawke's Bay Regional Council will lead a discussion on its new document, Tukituki Choices, at its Embracing Futures Thinking breakfast tomorrow.

Tukituki Choices offers four scenarios for land and water management in the Tukituki catchment, two with water storage and two without.

Regional council managers will give an overview of the options.

Ruataniwha Water Storage Leadership Group chairman Sam Robinson will also speak, along with Ruataniwha
Water Storage Leadership Group member and chairman of He Toa Takitini, Dr Roger Maaka.

The breakfast is being held at Napier's War Memorial and Conference Centre at 7am tomorrow.
