Serious Stabbing in Napier
A young Napier man has undergone surgery after a serious stabbing this morning.
Napier Police attended a stabbing at an address in Morris Spence Ave earlier this morning where the man suffered numerous puncture wounds.
He is believed to be in a stable condition at Hawke's Bay Hospital after undergoing surgery tody.
A 24-year-old Napier man has been arrested and charged with wounding and aggravated burglary.
He appeared in the Napier District Court on today and has been remanded in custody until Wednesday, when he will reappear.
