Spray way to play
Ethan Grant, 8, of Napier, could barely wait for the action to start last night after Mayor Barbara Arnott turned on the taps to open Napier Aquatic Centre's new Spray Park.
At a council meeting earlier in the day, she signalled the event as the start of a new era in Napier's attractions, to be followed by an open day at the Onekawa facilities on Saturday.
